Date: November 12, 2024 Item: 12 <br />Presenter: DJ Goman, Public Works Superintendent <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Title: Compensation Increase - Public Works Maintenance Worker <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />To gain City Council step increase approval for public works maintenance worker Hunter Gille <br />2.Background: <br />Public Works employee Hunter Gille started with the city on October 23, 2023 as a Public Works <br />Maintenance worker and has completed his one year probationary period and his reviews have <br />exceeded our expectations based on his exceptional performance. Hunter has strived to improve, <br />and has shown interest in improving the overall department.
