Orono City Code Title VI, Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 17, Section 78- <br />793 is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> <br />(5) Cannabis retail businesses located not closer than 1,000 feet of a school or 500 feet of <br />a day care, residential treatment facility, or an attraction within a public park that is <br />regularly used by minors. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Orono City Code Title VI, Chapter 78, Article IV, Division 18, Section 78- <br />822(a) is hereby amended by adding the underlined language as follows: <br /> <br />(12) Cannabis producers located not closer than 1,000 feet of a school or 500 feet of a <br />day care, residential treatment facility, or an attraction within a public park that is <br />regularly used by minors. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
