June 4, 1990 <br />Dear Al, <br />The purpose of this letter is to verify, in writing, the approval <br />to rent one parking space on our property located at 3455 <br />Shoreline Drive, Navarre MN. We understand that you will be <br />selling flowers at that location. The agreed upon rental rate is <br />$30.00 for 30 days. The rental agreement is contingent upon the <br />existing leasees at our property not objecting to me regarding <br />this arrangemenc. As we discussed, if I receive any complaints <br />from our current tenants I will have to terminate our agreement <br />immediately.
