Transient Merchants Memo Dated 5/25/90 <br />The application is denied and therefore referred to Council for <br />consideration. <br />The location at Ronnies Cleaner at Blaine and County 15 is <br />acceptable in the space shown (about 20 ft back from County 15.) <br />The other location by Champion Auto, if changed to one farther <br />back from County 15 (i.e. 20+ feet), would probably be <br />acceptable. The location next to County 15 may well have persons <br />stopping on County 15 rather than pulling into the parking lot. <br />I will be contacting him to discuss moving it back and ask which <br />of the two locations he is going to use. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM; Mark E.
