We understand that you will be <br />selling flowers at that location. The agreed upon rental rate is <br />$30.00 for 30 days. The rental agreenent is contingent upon the <br />existing leasees at our property not objecting to me regarding <br />this arrangement. As we discussed, if I receive any complaints <br />from our current tenants I will have to terminate our agreement <br />immediately.
