Facilities Citizen Review Materials for 6/14 <br />(To be transmitted separately.) <br />ISSUE - Presentation to Council of information to date on the <br />facilities review process. <br />INTRODUCTION - Attachment A represents notes from the last <br />meeting of the Commission as prepared by Jack Boarman. <br />In addition Attachment B represents the materials prepared for <br />their meeting on June 14, 1990. <br />Attendance at the first two meetings has been substantially above <br />expected with substantial support for completion of the process. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, Council accept the <br />information regarding the Facilities Review Committee and await <br />the report of the Committee following conclusion of their <br />process.
