Trinity Preschool, r presented by its <br />director, Wesley Ann Hallquist, seeks a conditional use permit <br />for a preschool program consisting of 30 pre-schoolers and 5 <br />staff members, consisting of the director, teacher, assistant <br />teacher, and 2 aides. The preschool will operate Monday through <br />Friday mornings from 9:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., offering 2 programs <br />of schedules (2 day and 3 day). <br />The preschool will be located in approximately 1,057 s.f. of <br />classroom area within the Trinity Lutheran Church complex. If <br />Members have not been out to the church site since sli of <br />improvements have been j istalled, we recommend a visit to this <br />site. The only area not completed as of this date is the former <br />playground area to the rear of the church. This area will serve <br />as the playground area for the preschool and should be ready by <br />the September opening. <br />Please review Exhibit F, staff has asked Mrs. Hallquist to <br />provide further information regarding use of the playground area. <br />If you will remember during the early review of the church <br />conditional use permit, staff called attention to the fact tha <br />the area was not fenced. The specific ordinances sections states <br />only that a play area must be fenced if it is within 15' of a <br />street area (review Exhibit D). This specific playground area is <br />located to the rear of the property. As Mrs. Hallquist s <br />comments note, there will be 2 adult supervisors out at one time
