Staff will prepare the <br />necessary approval resolution upon receipt of the following information for <br />submittal to the Council for final action with that same approval <br />resoltuion. <br />1. Applicant to submit an updated survey locating subject structure <br />within lakeshore yard. Please note that the survey must locate the <br />929.4 elevation considered the ordinary high wcter mark for Lake <br />Minnetonka. <br />2. Structural engineer's report to be provided with an analysis of <br />structural stability of the subject structure. <br />3. Removal of stove, refrigerator, sink and that no additional bath <br />or kitchen facilities can be added to this structure. <br />4. All water supply to this structure is to be eliminated. <br />Applicant should be prepared to confirm this upon resubmlttal of <br />information to the City. <br />As this applicantion involves an after-the-fact review. Council will <br />expect a response from you within 30 days. Please advise staff as to the <br />status of your preparation for final submittals. Staff will expect to <br />present the application no later than April 23, 1990. (The April 23rd, <br />meeting is the final Council meeting for the month of April)
