In addition. Council shall approve an <br />existing retaining wall, approximately 33" high and an access <br />staircase (portions of access located within the 0-75' and 75- <br />250' setback areas). <br />The enclosed resolution hav been drafted subject to that <br />conceputal direction. Please note conditions of approval, <br />specifically cite prohibited structural repairs to the lakeshore <br />deck. Council's recommendation also noted that if structural <br />repair was required at some future date, the entire deck would <br />have to be removed and brought into compliance with current code. <br />The enclosed resolution has been presented for Council's <br />review and action. <br />t
