S 10.40 <br />G. Nurseries. Day nurseries provided not less than <br />50 square feet of outside play area per pupil is available and <br />fenced. offices. One independent antenna <br />structure, with antenna or combination of antenna attached thereto, <br />subordinate to and servicing the principal use or structure on the <br />samp lot and customarily incidental thereto that is not attached to <br />another structure provided the height of the antenna structure does <br />not exceed 65 feet and the antenna structure is set back from any <br />lot line a distance at least equal to the total height of the <br />antenna structure. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 177 <br />Effective Date: 6-5-75 <br />Subd. 5.
