Annual Review Memo Dated 5/1/90 <br />ISSUE - <br />1. Conduct performance review of the Administrator for period 1 <br />May 1989 to period 30 June 1990. <br />2. Determine any adjustments in the Administr2r ,5 contract. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's April 9, o.:#90 I requested <br />Councilmembers do individual reviews of the Administrator and <br />give to me the results of those reviews. I have received those <br />from Councilmembers interested in commenting and based on the <br />results of those performance reviews I conclude that the <br />Administrator's performance has been above what is expected. In <br />light of that I would recommend that the following adjustments be <br />made to the Administrator's contract. <br />A. Salary - That his salary starting 1 May 1990 be <br />increased 5%. <br />B. Car A1 lowance - Given that he has had the came car <br />allowance for the past 5 years at $250 per month, I <br />recommend that be increased to $350.00 per month. <br />C. Contract Length - The original contract was for 4 <br />years and last year "ouncil voted a one year extension. <br />It is my recommendation that this contract be extended <br />at least 2 years. This extension would still allow the <br />Administrator to resrgh^n 60 day notice. <br />If you have any questions^or comments in advance of the meeting, <br />please feel free to give me a call.
