It was our intent to <br />have Albrecht Construction Company to place any erosion control <br />(silt fence) as test pumping could amount to one million gallons <br />per day for up to ten days. However, because Albrecht <br />Construction has not completed his project and it appears he will <br />not, it is necessary to have Keys Well Drilling place the silt <br />fence as needed. <br />Recouendatlon - To approve Change Order #1 for Keys Well <br />drilling for $975.00 for placing silt fence erosion control as <br />needed. <br />Proposed Notion - Moved by seconded by to approve <br />Change Order #1 for Keys Well Drilling for $975.00 for placing <br />silt fencing erosion control as needed.
