Winton in connection with the property tax <br />assessment on property identified as PIN Nos. 10-117-23-14-0003, <br />10-117-23-14-0002, 10-117-23-13-0020, 10-117-23-13-0006, <br />10-117-23-13-0007, 10-117-23-13-0017, 10-117-23-13-0018, <br />10-117-23-13-0019, and 10-117-23-41-0001 for 1989, payable in 1990. <br />On behalf of owners David M. Winton and Helen S. McKnight, and <br />agent David M.
