Approval recommendation is only for the 4* height variance for the <br />barn coming from the Panuska property. Any other new or used barn not <br />meeting code requirements would have to be brought back for further <br />review. <br />2. At least one week prior to Council review, applicant to provide for <br />staff review a topographic grading plan, showing relative elevations <br />of existing house floor levels (basement and main) and existing grade <br />and proposed floor levels at the barn site, and showing existing and <br />proposed contours for grade changes, the above to be done by a <br />registered land surveyor. <br />3.
