The finance department has tabulated the <br />costs incurred by the City in the hazardous building action. <br />This letter is to inform you that $757.41 is owed to the City of <br />Orono. Please remit this amount before 2-8-90. If these funds <br />are not received, the City will refer the matter to the City <br />attorney for assessment against the property. <br />The City is also concerned about the pole barn that is left <br />on the property. The Orono Municipal Code prohibits accessory <br />buildings without a principal structure.
