The division <br />involves the creation of a 3+ acre residential lot and the <br />remainder, an outlet. The existing private driveway is to <br />continue serving Lot 3, Woodhill Ridge plat, the Prudden <br />residence and the proposed new residential lot. <br />The original 40 acre site was owned by John Pillsbury. Upon <br />sale of the Pillsbury homestead, a 5+ acre parcel was divided off <br />of the original 40 acre parcel and the remainder sold to Woodhill <br />Country Club. The existing drive continued to serve the single <br />residence. In a few years, the Country Club entered into a <br />subdivision with John McDowell to create the Woodhill Ridge plat <br />resulting in 5 residential lots and an outlot (Outlot B) to <br />remain under the ownership of Woodhill Country Club (refer to <br />Exhibit G3).
