City agrees to do <br />the following for the Owner: <br />1 Remove one small tree within the drainage ditch area <br />anS replace it with a small tree 2 1/2 inches in <br />diameter. <br />2. Remove one tree stump within the drainage ditch area. <br />a. To clean out the ditch located between the Jentilucci <br />and the Curtiss properties according to the discussions <br />between Mr. Gerhardson and Mr. Jentilucci. <br />b. The City will have the currently broken tile line <br />on the Ned Dayton property removed.
