Zoning File #1502 <br />May 2, 1990 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />The Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve a <br />area variance for Mr. Hilbelink to construct a residence on thi^ <br />substandard property that was to meet all required setbacks and <br />that final drainage plans would be reviewed by the City Engineer <br />prior to the issuance of the building permit by the City. The <br />applicant was advised to install plantings along the south lot <br />line to provide the desired screening in place of the 5' privacy <br />fence. <br />The enclosed resolution has been draft per the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation.
