Declarant is the fee owner of certain real property located at in the City of Orono, County of <br />Hennepin, State of Minnesota, which are legally described as: <br /> <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block 1, Honey Hill on Lake Classen, Hennepin County, Minnesota, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof; and <br /> <br />Outlot A, Honey Hill on Lake Classen, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof, <br /> <br />(collectively, the “Property”), and no one other than Declarant has any right, title, or interest <br />in the Property; and <br /> <br />B. Declarant is proceeding to build on and develop the Property, and has requested approval of <br />the Final Plat for the proposed development; and <br /> <br />C. The Final Plat as approved by the City on , 2024, provides for detention and/or <br />retention of stormwater within the confines of the Property as is set forth in the Master Grading <br />Plan that was submitted with the Final Plat application (the “Plan”); and <br /> <br />D. On , 2024, MCWD issued Permit # (the “Permit”) related to the Plan for <br />the Property, and such Permit applies to the entirety of the Property; and <br /> <br />140
