Public Data <br />Per Minnesota Statutes, section 13.599: <br />Names and addresses of Grant Applicants will be public data once application materials are opened. All <br />remaining data in proposal responses (except trade secret data as defined and classified in Minn. Stat. <br />§ 13.37) will be public data after the evaluation process is completed (for the purposes of this grant <br />application, when all Official Grant Award Notices have been issued by the state agency to the <br />Grantees). Application Screening and Review Process <br />Phase 1: Screening <br />Applications that meet the following criteria will be forwarded for further consideration and review. <br />1.Application is received via email by Friday, November 8, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Central <br />time. <br />2.The Grant Applicant meets the minimum eligibility of the grant. (See Section 1 under Eligibility <br />Criteria for details.) <br />3.Application is complete. (See last page of this application for details.) <br />Phase 2: Application Components Scored <br />Each Grant Application and Assurances will be reviewed and scored as indicated below.
