TO: Administrator <br />FROM: Inspector <br />DATE: October 7, 1970 <br />SUBJECT: Division - Robert Smith - <br />3105 Casco Circle <br />Robert Smith, owner of Lots 51-52-53-54 and part of 58, Spring Park, <br />Parcel 2200-340S, 3105 Casco Circle, has applied for a division of <br />the property into two lots. The property consists of 1.47 acres and <br />the division is approximately in half leaving nearly three-fourths <br />acre for each lot. The area is R-11), one-half acre, 100' front lot. <br />The lot as it exists now has a 30' driveway from Casco Circle, has <br />two houses on i t , making it non -conforming. The two houses are <br />connected to sewer. Both houses are in need of repair and Mr. Smith <br />says that he intends to keep one property and repair, and the party <br />who wishes the second lot will do same. <br />Mr. Smith states that $1,800 per year taxes, $ 350 which are specials, <br />makes the property very costly to remain one piece. <br />RemarkB: The Planning commission recommends a roval. <br />Ral Dh Martin 10/22/70 <br />
