EXHIBIT A <br />Outlet C, East Willow Woods, subject to the restriction <br />that no road shall be constructed thereon until: <br />1. such time as the Grantor, his heirs, successors or <br />assigns, requests sane, or <br />2. until such tine as an east-west frontage road is <br />constructed from Willow Drive through East Willow Woods and Sugar <br />Woods to Brown Road with cne southerly extension from Sugar Woods <br />to Highway 12 and another southerly extension to Highway 12 to <br />line up with Brlnhall Lane, or <br />3. upon the rezoning of Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, <br />Willow Woods to a commercial zoning district, or <br />East <br />4. upon the development of Lot 2, Block 1, East Willow <br />Woods separate from the ownership and uses of Lot 1, Block 1, <br />East Willow Woods wherein access to Lot 2 shall be via Outlot C <br />unless the City in its sole discretion determines that <br />alternative access is adequate for said Lot 2. <br />At such time as a road is constructed on Outlot C, Outlot <br />C may also be used for trail purposes. <br />If and to the extent that all or any part of Outlot C is <br />vacated, such vacated portion shall inure to the benefit of the <br />adjacent portions of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, East Willow Woods, <br />and not to the lands lying northerly of Outlot C.
