A. Storm water drainage and detention areas as shown on <br />the drainage plans referenced at paragraph 3 below. <br />B. Construction of the ingress west bound only access <br />from Highway 12 to the property pursuant to the MnDot <br />permit described at paragraph 3 below. <br />C. Construction of the Willow Drive access as shown on <br />the plans referenced at paragraph 3 below. <br />D. Construction and installation of the landscape <br />materials as shown on the plans referenced at paragraph 3 <br />below. <br />E. Paving including fire lanes, curbs, internal roadway <br />lanes, parking and signage for ingress and egress points <br />as shown on the plans referenced at paragraph 3 below. <br />F. Fire hydrant with signage as shown on the plans <br />referenced at paragraph 3 below. <br />Construction Plans; The detailed plans and specifications <br />for the complete installation of the Improvements have <br />been submitted by the Developer for the approval of the <br />City prior to the start of construction. All such plans <br />and specifications shall conform to all current City <br />standards for all applicable work. See Index of plans <br />attached hereto. <br />Construction of Improvements; <br />A. Commencement Date - The construction of Improvements <br />shall begin no later than April 30, 1990. <br />B. Completion Date - The Improvements described at <br />paragraphs 2(A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F) and 3 shall be <br />completed no later than June 30, 1991. <br />C. Contractors - The Developer shall select, retain and <br />supervise the Contractor(s) responsible for Improvement <br />construction. The City reserves the right to require <br />satisfactory proof of successful experience and adequate <br />financial status of any such contractor. Where re<^ired <br />by City ordinance, the contractor shall first obtain a <br />license from the City. <br />D. Preconstruction Conference - Prior to the start of any <br />construction, the Developer and the Developer's Contractor <br />shall meet with the responsible City official to review <br />construction plans and schedules. <br />Initials of Developer <br />Initials of City Clerk _ _ _ <br />Page 2 of 6
