OROINANCB »_ _, SBCOHD SERIES <br />AH ORDIHAHCE AMENDIHG SECTION 10.01, SDBOIVISIOH 1 (E) <br />BEING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAF OF THE <br />CITY OF ORONO, HENNEPIN COONTY, MINNESOTA <br />SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 23 <br />CASE FILE #1428 <br />The City Council of Orono ordains as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Section 10.01, Subdivision 1 (E) of the Zoning Code is <br />hereby amended to rezone to a Planned Unit Development <br />(hereinafter referred to as "PUD No. 1") with underlying B-6 <br />zoning, in accordance with the Plannned Unit <br />Development/Subdivision Agreement on file in the City Cleric's <br />office dated April 23, 1990, the following described property <br />located within the City of Orono, Minnesota: <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 and Outlets A, B, C and D, all East <br />Wil low Woods, according to the plat thereof on file in the <br />Office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota. <br />SECTION 2. The Zoning Map of the Ciy of Orono referred to and <br />described in said Section 10.01, Subdivision 1 (E), shall not be <br />republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the Zoning <br />Administrator or her designee shall appropriately mark the Zoning <br />::sr flip in the City Clerk's office for the purpose of <br />indicating the rezonlng provided for in this Ordinance and all of <br />tbe notations, references and other information shown thereon are <br />hereby Incorporated by reference and made a part of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3 This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon <br />its passage and publication according to law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this 23rd day of April, <br />1990, by a vote of ____ ayes and ____ nays. <br />Dorothy M.
