Final Subdivision - <br />The applicant has completed all requirements of Resolution <br />#2692, preliminary subdivision resolution, and submitted all <br />necessary information and submittals. Staff has drafted the <br />final plat resolution for your review and action (Exhibit A). <br />Staff has also enclosed i ar of the key documents (Exhibits E, F, <br />G and H) that govern the implementation of this comprehensive <br />application in addition to setting forth the terms and conditions <br />of the Planned Unit Development. <br />The four documents are not final drafts and require minor <br />revisions sought by City. Staff will review the final drafts <br />prior to your meeting and make a recommendation as to whether <br />Council should complete their execution. Please contact Mark or <br />Jeanne if you have any questions on these agreements or the <br />easement . <br />B. Ordinance Amendment - <br />John Shardlow, the City's <br />Planner, has provided a sample ordinance amendment for a PUD <br />rezoning for the City staff's use. Note that the ordinance does <br />not require the republishing of the zoning map, but merely calls <br />for a simple clerical function on the part of the Zoning <br />Administrator by designating on the zoning map, PUD-1 over the <br />East Willow Woods plat included within the PUD and maintenance of <br />a complete official file on the specific PUD. <br />Staff Recomaendation - ,, , ^ jIf Council grants approval of the East Willow Woods plat and <br />associated agreements governing PUD and commercial site plan for <br />Otten Brothers Nursery, staff recommends formal action on the <br />Ordinance amendment.
