We believe that a looped
driveway is one driveway and is not prohibited by Resolution No.
2652. However, we do not want to get bogged down in an argument
about what the City Council meant in passing Resolution 2652.
what the developer understood and what city staff understood.
Even if the City Council fully intended to prohibit looped
driveways, we believe there are good reasons to eliminate the
prohibition at this time.
