Motion carried unanimously. <br />n) 1990 Dock License Renewal Waivers <br />Grathwol moved, Reese seconded, to waive 1990 renewal by <br />submitting a $25 administrative registration fee to the <br />following: <br />Mai Tai in Excelsior Bay - the facility not operating. <br />Park Hill/Park Island West Apartments, Black Lake - Low <br />water <br />Seton Twin Homes, Seton Lake, Minor Change: Name, from <br />Seton Place Development - Low water. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />o) Amended temporary Low Water Variances <br />The Executive Director submitted the following applications <br />to amend the temporary low water variances previously granted; <br />Lakewinds Condominium, Spring Park Bay, from 148’ to 198 <br />Windward Marine, Inc.,from 240’ to 280’ <br />Minnetonka Edgewater Apartments, from 100’to 152 <br />Chapman Place Marina, Cooks Bay, from the original 129 <br />extended to 274’ in 1989 to .306’ <br />Grathwol moved. Reese seconded, to approve the amended <br />temporary low water variances as submitted. Motion carried, <br />Rascop voting nay. <br />p) Wayzaba Day Yacht Club Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW). . j u <br />The Executive Director reported the comment period has <br />expired on the discretionary EAW prepared for the Wayzata Bay <br />Yacht Club temporary low water variance application to relocate <br />the District Mooring Area from 400’ to 800’. <br />Grathwol moved. Reese seconded, to approve the Findings ot <br />Fact and Conclusions tliat an Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not required, and tlie temporary low water variance may be <br />granted. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Foster moved, Grathwol seconded, to approve a temporary low <br />water mooring field extension to relocate from 400 to 800 from <br />shore. Motion carried, Rascop voting nay.
