The reports <br />were accepted and ordered filed. Lewman said the 1989 audit <br />report will be av-ailable at the April Board meeting. <br />2) Audit of Vouchers for Payment <br />Lewman submitted bills for approval in the amount of <br />$19,545.25 covering cliccks numbered 5987 through 6020 and added <br />to that checks numbered 6021, 6022 and 6023 totaling $669.37 for <br />contract service, typing service and Eurasian Water Milfoil <br />expenses. It is noted here Lliat check numbered 6017 was listed in <br />error at $823.00, tlie correct amount being $359.00. The <br />corrected total is $19,750.62. <br />Check number 6005 to Prof. Fundraising Service for $373.77 <br />was questioned by Reese. The Executive Director explained it is <br />for a list of names for .Sove the Lake fund raising. The <br />Executive Director reviewed the e.xchanges which took place with <br />the vendor. Had it been known earlier, the Executive Director <br />would have preferred labels. Gome Hoard members reviewed the <br />list and .seriously question its reliability. Piilsbury <br />subsequently agreed to accept the list as being useful for Save <br />the Lake Fund purposes. The cost was originally billed <br />incorrectly at $627.16, tlie correct cliarge being $373.77. <br />Martinson sugge.sled returning tlie list and ordering a list in <br />label form. Strommen responded it is a non-returnable list. <br />Reese moved. Grathwol seconded, .approval of payment of bills <br />as detailed and corrected, ex,cluding clieck numbered 6005 in the <br />amount of $373.77. for an ad.iusted total of $19,376.85. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Lewman mov.ad, Reese seconded, to return the list to <br />Professional Fundraising and purchase a list in data entry form. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />C. Standing Committees <br />1) WATER STRUCTURES & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE, <br />Chair Grathwol <br />a) Minutes of 2/10/90. Crathwol moved, Reese <br />seconded, approval of the 2/1U/90 committee minutes as submitted. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />b) Dock License Renewais. <br />Grathwol moved. Boswinkel seconded, to accept the jommittee <br />recommendation for approval of 57 renewals, per the 2/5/90 Dock <br />Committee list submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br />c) District Mooring Area (DMA) Renewals <br />Grathwol move<). M.artirtson seconded, to approve DMA renewals <br />for 1990 licenses as follow.s: City of Deephaven, City of <br />Excelsior, Methodist Lakeside Assembly and Minnetonka Yacht Club. <br />Motion carried unanimously.
