Crime Prevention Association Memo Dated 4/5/90 <br />ISSUE - Appointment of Board of Director’s for the North Tonka <br />Crime Prevention. <br />INTRODUCTION - The Organizing Committee that was appointed by the <br />council at "their April 9, 1990 meeting has recommended a slate of <br />candidates for the Board of Directors. It would be this group <br />who would then adopt the by laws of the organization and <br />incorporate, <br />A slot is left open for an interested 0-ono Councilmember. It is <br />anticipated the appointed Board would ncorporate at a meeting <br />scheduled for 5/9. <br />RECOMMENDATION - That the Council after determining if any <br />Councrimember is interested in serving approve the Board of <br />Directors set forth in Attachment A. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , to appoint <br />Councilmember ___ to the BoarT^of Directors of the North Tonka <br />Crime Prevention~Coalition. Additionally Council approves the <br />Board of Directors as set forth in Attachment A. Ayes __, Nays
