Presentation to Council of information presented at the April <br />17, 1990 Technical Committee meeting. <br />2. Reminder of the upcoming April 25, 1990 Policy Committee <br />meeting at 5:00 P.M. at the Orono Council Chambers. <br />INTRODUCTION - Attachment A represents information presented to <br />the City on this issue. <br />In addition a regular schedule is that the Technical group will <br />be meeting the third Tuesday of every month at 1:00 P.M. at <br />Delano and that the Policy group will be meeting on the fourth <br />Wednesday of the month at 5:00 P.M. also at the Orono Council <br />Chambers. <br />DISCUSSION - In a discussion with Steve Hay of MnDOT it is <br />anticipated the consultant will be officially "on board* for the <br />Hay round of meetings and at that time hopefully have a <br />preliminary timetable for the process. <br />It is expected interviews will be held at the May 14, 1990 Council <br />meeting. The first meeting will probably not be schp'duled before <br />June. <br />No action is required.
