Bernhardson, City Administrato! <br />DATE: April 13, 1990 <br />SOBJBCT: Board of Review/Reconvene <br />n <br />'>’’/> S31990 <br />ISSUE - Presentation to Council of information regarding the <br />Board of Review reconvene. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Board of Review meeting on April 17th it <br />was noted that there is a need to reconvene the meeting and we <br />indicated that it would be best to schedule the reconvene at this <br />Council meeting. The reconvene is normally done in advance of a <br />regular meeting but because of the nature of this year's schedule <br />would not allow for that and as such requested about hour's <br />mpeting be scheduled. <br />DISCUSSION - It is suggested that the reconvening be scheduled <br />£oc: <br />Thursday, Hay 3, 1990 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Alternate times could be 4:30 or 5:00 P.M. <br />This will allow time for the reviews and send out the Information <br />in advance to the Council and yet meet the 20 day requirement. <br />Alternates to that date could be: <br />Wednesday, May 2, <br />Saturday, May 5, <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1990 <br />1990 <br />1. Set date. <br />2. Set alte. fiate date or time. <br />3. Select another date which is prior to May 6. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the date of: <br />Thursday, Mary 3, 1990 <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br />be set for the reconvene. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by _, that the Orono <br />City Council sets_ _ _as thi^ate for the reconvene of the 19“0 <br />Board of Review.
