In addition to the initial outlay expense there is the <br />administrative cost of the program. While it can be done <br />inhouse, the approximately $1,700 per year that DCA would charge <br />for administration of the program would do a much better job than <br />.would be abl-e to do and would probably make the program much <br />■•raor'e widely used. (There has been a reluctance to participate by <br />certain employees in organizations that used their own inhouse <br />administration, of people submitting bills for particularly <br />health related matters. Ones that have shifted from an Inhouse <br />bo, a.pontract administrator have seen their participation rates <br />go up. (This is because a number of people are concerned that <br />people in their own orgainization are reviewing bills for health <br />matters that they consider to be personal.) <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Accept the Information. <br />2. Ask any question you may have at this point or over the next <br />three weeks. <br />3.
