Decision as to type of publicity Council would like in advance <br />of that. <br />3. Review of text for presentation of that material and the means <br />in which to provide it. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council ’s 4/-/90 discussion they were <br />presented Attachment A with discussion of a May-June public <br />review and decision regarding regarding further work on the <br />facilities. <br />DISCUSSION - In the past it has been suggested that perhaps one <br />or two public information meetings be held possibly on a <br />Saturday, to allow information to be presented to interested <br />persons together with making available a tour of the current <br />facilities. In addition it has been suggested that a pui. ' ic <br />hearing be held . <br />Based on this previous discussion the following schedule is <br />proposed: <br />Public Information Meetings - May 12, May 19 or June 2 <br />Public Hearing - May 29 or June 11 <br />Tssue #2 - Publicity - It has been suggesteiv <s being appropriate <br />1 Tfi fs be given to people in advance of the public <br />tings.
