The addition will protrude well beyond the uniform <br />setback of neighboring homes disrupting the symmetrey of the <br />area when viewed from the lake. <br />2. The addition will block our view to the west. We <br />will be looking down on a roof from our deck and into the <br />addition from our lower level patio rather than out across <br />a lawn to trees and the lake.
