This time <br />we have scaled doivn the size of the house addition as well as the pool <br />patio area in order to conform to the recently amended ordinance re­ <br />lating to structural lot coverage. Our revised proposal reduces the <br />area of the house addition by approximately 135 square feet and the <br />pool/patio area by approximately 330 square feet for a total reduction <br />of 465 square feet. <br />I believe this puts us at exactly 15% for structural coverage. <br />Also, this same reduction will apply to the hardcover calculation re­ <br />sulting in a decrease of 3.2% compared to the previous proposal.
