Resolution for Approval <br />B. Letter from Applicant's Attorney Requesting Tabling <br />C. Notice of Council Action 3/14/90 <br />Discussion - . . your Match 12th meeting. Council vot®d 3-2 for <br />approval of the requested variances for construction of the <br />greenhouse. Prior to that, th® Council had conc®ptually deni®d <br />the application but conceptually approv®d the proposed grading <br />and retaining walls to prot®ct the lak®shote bank. Although a <br />resolution for approval of the grading and retaining walls was <br />drafted for the March 12th meeting, approval of the greenhouse <br />changes the hardcover parameters of that grading approval, hence <br />have now combined the resolutions a'to on®. <br />The approval resolution presented with this memo is a redraft of <br />the suggested resolution submitted by the applicant's attorney. <br />This resolution reflects corrected data and approval dates, and <br />has been revised into the standard Orono resolution format. <br />Please note Exhibit B, a l®tter from the applicant's attorney <br />requesting tabling until th® full fiv® member Council is pr®s®nt. <br />Staff RecoBsendation - Staff recommends tabling this application <br />until the n®xt m®®ting at which time the full five member Council <br />is present. <br />Motion: Moved by , Seconded by __, to table final adoption of <br />a resolution granTlng variances and conditional use permit <br />approval for greenhouse addition and grading/r®taining wall work <br />in the 0-75 foot zone for George and Sally Pillsbury, 1300 <br />Bracketts Point Road, until such time that a full five member <br />City Council will be present.
