The applicants shall maintain existing vegetation on <br />the lakeshore bank as proposed, and shall plant <br />additional veg*»tation to screen the proposed 24"-30" <br />high retaining wall from the lake to reduce its visual <br />impact. Applicant aaall use native materials and <br />natural coloring to minimize the visual impact of this <br />wall to the greatest extent possible. <br />3. As proposed, the applicants shall construct a drain <br />tile system between the existing residence and the <br />lakeshore, to redirect the drainage from the 0-75' zone <br />to the 75-250* zone for dispersal. <br />4. As proposed, the applicants shall remove the 330 sq. <br />ft. of pavers near the lake. <br />5. Authorities grant«»d by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive <br />only and must be exercised by application for a building <br />permit within one year of the date of Coucil approval, <br />or the special conditions of this resolution will expire <br />on that date (_________________________, 1991). <br />6. Violation of or non-compliance with any or the terms <br />and conditions of this resolution shall constitute a <br />violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br />terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be <br />punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />7.
