Performance Evaluation Form <br />Annually we review the Administrator's performance in advance of <br />any consideration for a compensat ""n adjustment together with <br />doing the goal setting for the upcom^ g year. <br />For the process this year, I would like to have you fill out the <br />attached form that we have used the last few years and turn it in <br />to me. I would then like to discuss any issues you may havi? <br />regarding the performance evaluation and additional goal setting <br />to be done. Because the delay in Budget, the Strategic Goal <br />Setting for 1990 was just adopted in January we will modify the <br />goal setting this year to just include any additional issues that <br />you would like added for the next year. <br />Please return your evaluations by the end of the month as I would <br />like to consider the contract at the Council's first meeting in <br />May. <br />cc: City Administrator <br />Department Heads
