Extend blacktop in rear of building to required length <br />of parking stall, (see site plan) <br />5) Drainage: According to survey drainage is no problem. <br />6) Exterior of building: Installing new deck (by April 15th, 1990) <br />to meet code. Plan to install new siding in the spring of 1990 <br />if money permits, otherwise we will paint the building light to <br />medium gray with white trim and shutters. The roof appears to be <br />in very good shape approx. 5-6 years old. <br />A new Mechanical system and proper Electrical service has already <br />been completed. All Landscaping and Driveway improvements will be <br />made as soon as weather permits.
