MINUTES OF ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MARCH 26, 1990 <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />#1452 WALTER PEMBERTON <br />1720 SHADYWOOD ROAD <br />RESOLUTION <br />REQUEST TO TABLE* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember <br />Peterson, to table final adoption of a resolution granting <br />variances for a room addition in the 0-75* zone for Walter and <br />Marilyn Pemberton, 1720 Shadywood Road, until such time that a <br />full five member City Council will be present. Motion, Ayes-4, <br />Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />#1468 GEORGE PILLSBURY <br />1300 BRACKETTS POINT ROAD <br />RRESOLUTION <br />REQUEST TO TABLE* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by CounciImember <br />Peterson, to table final adoption of a resolution granting <br />variances and conditional use permit approval for a greenhouse <br />addition and grading/retaining wall work in the 0-75' setback <br />zone for George and Sally Pillsbury, 1300 Bracketts Point Road, <br />until such time that a full five member City Council will be <br />present. Motion, Ayes-4, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />#1489 F. JOHN HARDIN <br />1496 PARK DRIVE <br />REQUEST TO TABLE* <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson, to table final adoption of a resolution approving <br />variances to construct an addition on an accessory structure <br />until such time that a full 5 member City Council is present. <br />Motion, Ayes-4, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT: <br />RESPONSE TO LONG LAKE ANNEXATION PETITION <br />RESOLUTION #2782 <br />Mayor Grabek asked Gerhardson whether the City had received <br />a copy of the Petition. <br />Gerhardson replied, "No." <br />City Attorney Barrett stated that he had contacted the <br />Municipal Board and requested that a copy be sent as soon as they <br />receive it. <br />Councilmember Goetten asked whether the April 25, 1990 Court <br />date could be changed. <br />City Attorney Barrett said that he would see whether the <br />hearing could be postponed, and in the event that it cannot be <br />- 12 -
