The fact that a commercial <br />use has not been installed on this property within the legal <br />period of time suggests the unsuitability of this site for <br />commercial use. <br />As staff notfcu before, many of the required Improvements set <br />forth in the original conditional use permit in 1987, such as <br />drainage improvements, fencing, landscaping, cosmetic repair of <br />exterior of building, internal modifications per floor plan <br />(Exhibit D) have been completed. In fact, some need upgrading <br />because the property has been vacant and not regularly <br />maintained.
