'rei, oi,mi :-Ia 7A.-)7 <br />Poi t Mfi(r Nix GG•Crystal Kay, Minnesota 55323*Municipal Offices <br />On the North Shore of Luke Ifinnetonka <br />f January 9, 1978 <br />Mr. Edward Lehman <br />2416 Carman Street <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Mr. Lehman: <br />This <br />letter <br />is <br />to advise you <br />of the actio:t <br />taken by the <br />Orono <br />City <br />Council <br />at <br />their regular <br />meeting held <br />on December <br />12, 1977. <br />2414 and 2416 Carman Street, Lots 1, 2 6 3: Council approved <br />a duplex residential building on this site with the following <br />conditions: 1) The existing dwelling at 2416 Carman Street <br />and the red cabin at 3445 Shoreline Drive would first be <br />removed (the cabin could be relocated and rebuilt to become a <br />garage or storage building with proper permits); 2) At least <br />one full unit of the duplex must be located within 200 feet <br />of the north line of County Road 15; 3) Lots 1, 2 & 3 must be <br />legally combined for tax purposes; 4) Variances are approved <br />for lot area and setback to provide for a 17 ft. front yard <br />setback and a 10 ft, rear setback. <br />2440 i.,arman Streer, Tract B: Council approved a variance for <br />a 22 ft. front yard setback. <br />2450 <br />Carman Street, <br />Tract C: <br />Council <br />approved <br />variances for <br />a 20 <br />ft. front yard <br />setback <br />and a 50 <br />ft, lake <br />setback. <br />Sewer Assessments: Lateral and interceptor assessments will <br />be reapportioned according to the recent subdivision with no <br />change in the outstanding amounts due. Collection charges <br />were assessed or paid on Tach ex,sting residence and will be <br />due for each new residential unit at the standard rate of <br />$225.00 each. Credit for the two existing units on Lots 1, 2 6 3 <br />may he applied toward t`le two units in the proposed duplex. <br />
