city of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />1671 <br />2. Dedication to the City by quit claim deed of Outlot A <br />dedicating the lagocn for public use as part of the <br />public waters of Lake Minnetonka. <br />3. Completed construction of a sewer line that serves Lot 5, <br />Lehman Lagoon and', Iwo properties to the east of said lot <br />and has provided the City with a permanent utility <br />easement, dedicated on the plat, over that portion of <br />the proposed system owned by the City. <br />4. Payment to the City for the legal review and recording of <br />the plat and all documents relate0 thereto in the amcur,t <br />of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci of . he <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Lehman Lagoon, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Lots 2 and 3 are to share use of a single dock located on <br />Out 1 of B; each lot is permi ttEd one slip at shared dock. <br />2. Prior to the issuance of a building permit to Lot 1, the <br />existing driveway serving Lot 2 must be closed and <br />relocated off Carman Street. The City must approve the <br />location of the access and the driveway to assure Lot <br />1's building envelope is not restricted. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before <br />March 10, 1985, together with a certified original copy <br />of this Resolution and executed copies of the documents <br />noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />plat has not been f i led by the date speci f ied above.
