He is a <br />probationary employee and I request his employment with the City <br />be terminated, effective 3/23/90 at 11:00 p.m. <br />I am requesting permission to hire Mr. Jay D^mbouski, 23 y«ars <br />old, 1196 Woodhill Drive, Woodbury, MN 55125. He has a two year <br />degree from Inver Hills Community College and has completed his <br />skills course. <br />I request we start Mr. Dembouski at a rat*» of $1,830.00 a month, <br />1989 labor rate subject to him passing a background check, <br />psychological and a physical which will be scheduled for the week <br />of April 2, 1990. Mr. Dembouski was the second person <br />interviewed on January 17, 1990, for the full-time position and <br />is still available for the position. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark E. The request for <br />employment of a replacement is forwarded recommending approval. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, s<»conded by the Council accept <br />the termination of employment of a probaTionary employee and <br />authorize the employment of Mr. Jay Dembouski subject to his <br />passing the necessary background investigation, psychological and <br />physical at $10,558 per hour effective after April 2, 1990.
