Draft Ordinance Language <br />ISSUE - Determination if the Council desires to adopt Ordinance <br />language banning sales of cigarettes through vending machines in <br />the community. At Council's March 12, 1990 meeting they directed <br />staff to draft language for eliminating the sale of cigarettes <br />through vending machines in the community. The draft language is <br />attached. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Adopt. <br />2. Amend and adopt. <br />3. Table. <br />4. Take no action. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended based on Council direction at <br />the March l2th meeting that the attached language if adopted <br />would achieve the Council's direction in that manner. <br />I
