Bernhardson, City Administratoi <br />DATS: February 14, 1990 <br />S0BJSCT: Joint Planning Commission/Council Meeting <br />reviewing the calendars with the Planning Coiwnission it is <br />recominended that the joint meeting be scheduled for; <br />8:30 A.M., Saturday, March 10th <br />City Council Chambers <br />Rolls, juice and coffee will be available for those interested. <br />While some of the Planning Commission members are on vacation at <br />that time, it would be into April before rare would be able to <br />attend. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that the Council <br />establish 8:30 a.m. Saturday, March 10, 1990 as the date for the <br />joint Council/Planning Commission meeting.
