Amongst the materials you already have is the draft <br />yrr In'taLtnf <br />the other day, he indicated that there were some details to check <br />out, but that essentially this draft resolution could be modified <br />to accomplish the council action desired. Please let me know if <br />I can be of assistance in the redrafting. <br />In the meantime, I understand that there will be some absences <br />from upcoming council meetings of the three persons who voted in <br />favor of this resolution.
