A final <br />resolution reflecting the revisions is being drafted for Council adoption. <br />A building permit cannot be issued until final approval has been <br />granted. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official council minutes, they <br />are available from the City Recorder or City Clerk after review and <br />approval by the City Council. <br />Your request to table final action until a 5-member Council is present <br />will be included in the packet for the March 26th meeting. We anticipate <br />a full Council will be available on April 9.
