The approval granted March 12th was conceptual, with a <br />final resolution to be drafted for Council adoption. Exhibit A <br />is the resolution drafted for approval. <br />The applicants are requesting tabling of this application <br />until the full 5 member Council is present. <br />Staff Reconendation - <br />Staff recommends tabling this application until the next <br />meeting at which the full 5 member Council is present. <br />Motion: Moved by seconded by to table final adoption <br />of a resolution granting variances for a room addition in the 0- <br />75 ’ zone for Walter and Marilyn Pemberton, 1720 Shadywood Road, <br />until such time that a full 5 member City Council will be <br />present.
