RECOMMENDATIONS 10 LWRequest City Council's support for development of Orono "Community Park" for organized athletic activities- Coordinate efforts with Orono Schools, OBA and Hockey Association > Begin immediate development of permanent school site for OBA <br />. Support Little League interim use in 1990 only but without <br />dug outs bleachers <br />concession building or trailer permanent fence around field <br />Request City Council to preserve Bederwood Park as a "neighborhood <br />park" as promised at time of purchase and as currently designated in the <br />Orono Park and Open Space Plan. <br />Offer our assistance to the Parks Commision and City Council to plan and <br />create an overall Orono Park System Plan ("Neighborhood" and <br />"Community") that is considered a model for Minnesota. <br />CITIZENS FOR PARK PLANNING MARCH 26,1990
